Miscellaneous Fees Increase - Posted: 04/18/2012
The Judicial Conference approved minor changes to the miscellaneous fee schedules for the district courts and Court of Federal Claims. Specifically, two fees were adjusted for inflation – the fee for exemplification raised from $18.00 to $21.00, and the record search fee for the Court of Federal Claims raised from $26.00 to $30.00. These changes will become effective on June 1, 2012.

PACER Fees Increase - Posted: 03/24/2012
Electronic Public Access Fee Schedule to increase the PACER Internet access fee from $0.08 to $0.10 per page and to raise the waiver from $10.00 to $15.00 in a quarterly billing cycle. The 30 page cap on reports and case-related documents (excluding transcripts) will remain in effect for a maximum charge of $3.00. This change will become effective April 1, 2012.

Submission of Proposed Orders - Posted: 02/09/2012
The Court's Local Rules require that proposed orders "be transmitted by email or on disk in a compatible word processing format used at the District Court. Proposed orders do not need to be filed in the Electronic Filing System by a Filing User." App. A, ¶ 5.

Increase in Attorney Admission Fee and Certificate of Good Standing - Posted: 11/04/2011
The Judicial Conference approved changes to the miscellaneous fee schedules for the courts of appeals, district courts, bankruptcy courts, the Court of Federal Claims, and the Judicial Panel on Multi-district Litigation, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1913, 1914, 1930, 1926, and 1932, respectively. These changes will become effective November 1, 2011.
