Plaintiff Betty Johnson has sued the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana on behalf a proposed class of members ("Class Members") in the United States District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands (the "Court"). Plaintiff alleges the CNMI has failed to pay the amounts that it was required by law to pay to the NMIRF since 2005.
