Miscellaneous Fees Increase
The Judicial Conference approved changes to the miscellaneous fee schedules for the courts of appeals, district courts, bankruptcy courts, the Court of Federal Claims, and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยงยง 1913, 1914, 1930, 1926, and 1932, respectively. These changes will become effective November 1, 2011.
