Increase in Attorney Admission Fee and Certificate of Good Standing
The Judicial Conference approved changes to the miscellaneous fee schedules for the courts of appeals, district courts, bankruptcy courts, the Court of Federal Claims, and the Judicial Panel on Multi-district Litigation, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยงยง 1913, 1914, 1930, 1926, and 1932, respectively. These changes will become effective November 1, 2011.
ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, the attorney admission fee shall be raised to $276.00. That the issuance of certificate of good standing shall be raised to $18.00.
General Order No. 11-00001 was issued by this Court on November 4, 2011 effectuating these changes.
