The Judicial Conference approved minor changes to the miscellaneous fee schedules for the district courts and Court of Federal Claims.  Specifically, two fees were adjusted for inflation – the fee for exemplification, set forth at Item 3 of the District Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule (raised from $18 to $21), and the record search fee, set forth at Item 8 of the Fee Schedule for the Court of Federal Claims (raised from $26 to $30).
