This is the eighth general order addressing the Court’s operations due to the impact of Super Typhoon Sinlaku. Recent assessments of the Court’s operational needs while recovery continues have made clear that the Court can expand its current limited operations while guaranteeing the rights and safety of parties and the public. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. This general order supersedes General Order No. 26-00008.
2. The District Court and the entire United States Courthouse located at 1671 Gualo Rai Road, Saipan will reopen to the public beginning Monday, May 18, 2026.
3. The District Court will be open during the following modified business hours until further notice: Monday through Friday (except federal holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
4. All hearings in all matters will proceed as scheduled as in-person hearings unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
