Due to the increasing threat of Tropical Storm Sinlaku, which is projected to intensify and develop into a Category 3 typhoon before reaching the island of Guam, with tropical storm winds affecting the islands of Saipan, Tinian, and Rota, the District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands will be closed on Monday, April 13, 2026, and will reopen on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., unless otherwise ordered.
The CM/ECF electronic filing system will remain online, unaffected by this weather closure.
