The District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands will be closed for regular business on Friday, November 28, 2025; Friday, December 26, 2025; and on Friday, January 2, 2026.
Any new court filings due while the court is closed on those days shall be deemed timely filed if filed when the court opens for regular business on the next business day. Electronic filing by registered users will still be available on these days. During the closure attorneys and court patrons may call (670) 237-1200 for assistance with any court emergency.
