The U.S. District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands is soliciting comments on proposed revisions to its Local Bankruptcy Rules. These proposed rules are modeled after the local rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Hawaii and incorporate references to this court's Local Rules where appropriate. The public and the bar are encouraged to submit any comments and suggestions on the proposed revisions as soon as possible. Comments and suggestions must be received no later than January 31, 2019.
