Please take notice that effective Tuesday, July 24, 2012, Proposed Orders shall be emailed in a compatible word processing format used by the District Court (Microsoft Word is preferred) to usdcnmi@nmid.uscourts.gov.

The subject line of the email shall include:

1. Case Number;
2. Case Name; and
3. Docket Number of the relevant Motion or Stipulation or Request.
   (e.g. Subject: 1-12-CV-00001, John Does, et al v. Jane Does, et al, [12] )
