Earlier this year, the U.S. District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands solicited comments on proposed revisions to its Civil Local Rules. The Court reviewed all submissions and convened a committee of attorneys to review the proposed rules and comments. The Court thanks all attorneys who submitted comments and the following Committee members who assisted with finalizing the rules.

In response to written comments, Committee member suggestions and additional internal review, the Court further revised the proposed rules. These changes are noted in a redlined version of the rules.
