This is the fourth general order addressing the court's operating hours due to Super Typhoon Yutu. As the island of Saipan continues to recover from the devastation of Super Typhoon Yutu, the court's business hours will be from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. from October 30, 2018 through November 2, 2018. Further orders regarding the court's operating hours during this recovery period will be issued as needed.
The CM/ECF electronic filing system will remain online, unaffected by this weather closure.
