This is the third general order addressing the court's closure due to Super Typhoon Yutu. The Category 5 Typhoon has devastated the island of Saipan. Roads continue to be impassable and downed powerlines and trees make driving dangerous. Accordingly, the court will remain closed all day Friday October 26, 2018. The court expects to reopen at 8:00 a.m on Monday, October 29, 2018. Further orders regarding the closure of the court may be issued as needed.
The CM/ECF electronic filing system will remain online, unaffected by this weather closure.
