The District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands will be closed for business on Monday, October 6, 2014 due to the approach of Typhoon Vongfong. Heavy rainfall and damaging winds are expected with tropical force winds to begin early Monday morning according to recent bulletins from the national weather service.
