Recognizing the closure of the offices of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, the Executive Branch of the United States of America, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Executive Branch on December 24, 2025, this Court will be closed for regular business on the same day.

Any new court filings due while the court is closed shall be deemed timely filed if filed when the court opens for business. Electronic filing by registered users will still be available on these days. During the closure, attorneys and court patrons may call (670) 237-1230 for assistance with any court emergency, including necessary criminal proceedings.
