Due to Super Typhoon Sinlaku lingering over the islands of Saipan and Tinian since Tuesday, April 14, 2026 to today, Thursday, April 16, 2026, the District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands will remain closed for business on Friday, April 17, 2026.

Any court filings due while the court is closed shall be deemed timely filed if filed when the court opens for regular business. The CM/ECF electronic filing system will remain online, unaffected by this weather closure.
