As per General Order No. 12-00002 entered on February 9, 2012. The Court's Local Rules require that proposed orders "be transmitted by email or on disk in a compatible word processing format used at the District Court. Proposed orders do not need to be filed in the Electronic Filing System by a Filing User." App. A, ¶ 5.
Effective immediately, all proposed orders shall be transmitted via email to usdcnmi@nmid.uscourts.gov. They should not be transmitted to any other email address or to a particular clerk or staffer.
Proposed orders should be transmitted in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect, which are the two word processing formats used at the District Court.
