Court Closure for Relocation
The District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands will be closed for business on Friday, July 24, 2020 for Court staff to relocate to the Gualo Rai Courthouse.
The drop box at the Office of the Clerk of Court at the Horiguchi Building will not be available. All filings must be submitted electronically in CM/ECF by registered users on this day. During the closure, you may call 670-237-1200 for assistance with any court emergency.
The District Court will resume operations on Monday, July 27, 2020 at the new courthouse located at 1671 Gualo Rai Road in Gualo Rai, Saipan.
