Court Closure
With the island of Saipan under a tropical storm warning at Tropical Storm Condition II due to Tropical Depression 20W, the District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands will be closed this afternoon starting at 2:30 p.m. to allow employees to prepare for the approaching storm. Damaging winds of 39 mph or more are expected overnight.
The CM/ECF electronic filing system will remain online, unaffected by this weather closure.
