2017 Guam Bankruptcy Seminar
The District Court of Guam is pleased to announce that the 2017 Bankruptcy Seminar will be held on Monday, September 11, 2017 at the Senator Antonio M. Palomo Guam Museum and Chamorro Educational Facility ("Guam Museum") in Hagåtña. The seminar will be presented by Mr. Curtis Ching, Assistant U.S. Trustee, and Mr. Howard Hu, Chapter 13 Case Trustee. Members of the Guam Bar Association and staff members are cordially invited to attend, and there will be no registration fee, as all costs will be covered by the court's Attorney Admission Fund.
