Inflationary Fee Increases
At its March 2020 session, on the recommendation of the Committee on Court Administration and Case Management, the Judicial Conference approved inflationary adjustments to fees on the appellate, district, and bankruptcy court miscellaneous fee schedules, as well as on the Court of Federal Claims and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation miscellaneous fee schedules. These changes are scheduled to become effective December 1, 2020.
Court of Appeals Miscellaneous Fee Schedule (28 U.S.C § 1913)1
