Court Closure
The District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands will be closed for business on Thursday, December 24, 2020, in addition to the regularly scheduled federal holidays.
Any court filings due while the court is closed on December 24, 2020 shall be deemed timely if filed when the court opens for regular business on Monday, December 28, 2020. Electronic filing, as always, will be available to registered court users throughout the day.
