This is the sixth general order addressing the Court’s operating hours due to the impact of Super Typhoon Sinlaku. At present, significant, lingering, negative impacts to the Court’s utilities in the wake of Super Typhoon Sinlaku have made continued full-day, public-facing operations unsustainable. Furthermore, power and water continue to be unavailable to much of the island of Saipan, with driving remaining dangerous due to ongoing cleanup efforts to remove downed power lines and trees and restore signage and traffic signals. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. This general order supersedes General Order No. 26-00006.
2. The Court will be closed to the public on April 24, 2026.
3. The Court will reopen to the public on April 27, 2026, and remain open during the following modified business hours: Monday through Friday (except federal holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The intake counter at the Clerk’s Office will remain open during the lunch hour (12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.).
4. All filings due on April 24, 2026, shall be deemed timely filed if filed on April 27, 2026.
5. The CM/ECF electronic filing system will remain online, unaffected by this closure.
