Court Resumes Regular Business Hours. Effective Monday, July 27, 2020, the court will resume regular business hours which are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays. The intake counter at the Clerk’s Office closes during the lunch hour from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and at 4:30 p.m. each business day. The Courthouse in Gualo Rai is open to court employees, tenants of the building and individuals with business with the Clerk’s Office or appearing for scheduled in-person court proceedings or for confirmed appointments with judges, the Office of Pretrial and Probation or other tenants of the building.  To maintain social distancing, a limited number of members of the public will be admitted to attend open court proceedings.  Public access to court proceedings will remain available in accordance with the procedures set forth in General Order No. 20-00009, General Order No. 20-00010, and General Order No. 20-00012

To access case information from the District CM/ECF or Bankruptcy CM/ECF, you will be required to login using your PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) account issued by the PACER Service Center. If you have not registered, and wish to gain access to any of these systems, please visit the PACER Service Center registration homepage at http://www.pacer.gov/register.html.

To file court documents you will be required to login using your credentials issued by this court. To request for login credentials for filing court documents on either District CM/ECF or Bankruptcy CM/ECF, please fill-out the "User Agreement for Elecronic Case Filing" form, one per system.  Send your completed "User Agreement for Electronic Case Filing" form to qcclerks@nmid.uscourts.gov. Please refer to the Administrative Procedure for Electronic Filing and Electronic Service for additional information.
